About Me

Hi, I’m Liv. I’m from Manchester and studied animation in Sheffield. I came to University at 21 to begin my animation journey. My passion for the art started way back from childhood when I used to watch cartoons… and still do. I took an interest in the creative side of life as I’ve always had an overactive imagination and loved drawing, singing , dancing, writing, etc. I knew I was meant to be an entertainer and always chose creative courses when it came to school, college and eventually university. I took some time out of education to get a feel for work in ‘the real world’ to build up employability skills like communication and landed myself with managerial roles. This gave myself a break before making the big decision on what to study, where and what I wanted to do with my life. I chose animation and Sheffield was the place for me. Now I’m in my final year after 3 years, I couldn’t have made a better decision for myself. I’ve grown into a young confident woman who has a passion for filmmaking and production. I’m grateful for the opportunities I've been given to make my visions come to life and I can’t wait to see what I apply my skills to next.
